Andrew Kingsford Mensah (wɔwoo no Ɔberɛfɛw 26, 1955) yɛ Ghana amanyɛnyi na mbrahyɛbaguanyi ma Abura-Asebu-Kwamankese ambatow mpasua wɔ Finimfin Mantɔw mu wɔ Ghana wɔ mbrahyɛbagua a ɔtɔ do anan mu wɔ Ghana Republic a ɔtɔ do anan mu.[1]
